Guacamole Recipe • Chipotle-Mango Guacamole

Sweet and spicy; I made this for the big game and it was a hit! I usually mix with my hands for best results. This recipe is spicy and sweet and easy!

Chipotle-Mango Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, mashed
  • 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Stir avocados, tomatoes, mango, cilantro, red onion, chipotle pepper, jalapeno pepper, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin, and black pepper together in a bowl.
The spiciness of this dish can be adjusted by adding or removing some of the peppers. If you are sensitive to spice, I would suggest making it without peppers and adding little by little until desired.
