Salsa Recipe ⋆ DSF's Fresh Mango Salsa

This is a very quick and easy salsa recipe that works great on tacos, fajitas, or just as another dip for chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • ½ small red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced, or more to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Stir mango, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Drizzle lime juice over the mango mixture and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until flavors blend and salsa is cold, at least 30 minutes.
If you cannot find a mango, 1 to 2 peaches are a great substitute.
