Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • ⅓ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped shallots
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Cooking Directions

  1. Place pineapple, red bell pepper, shallots, lemon juice, basil, and red pepper flakes in a glass bowl; stir well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to mingle.
