Greek Recipe + Vanilla-Maple Greek Yogurt Dip

Incredibly simple, but incredibly appealing. Delicious dip for a variety of fresh fruit, but we also enjoy it as a dipping sauce for sweet potato fries.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Cabot®)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Place in the refrigerator to chill, about 15 minutes.
