Cauliflower Recipe ⇝ Raw Cauliflower and Tofu Dip

Easy-to-make raw dip from simple ingredients; I just created it myself when I bought too much cauliflower from the farmers market. It can be used as a salad dressing as well, just add a little more yogurt and olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 3 ½ ounces tofu
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 pinch dried thyme, or to taste
  • 1 pinch dried oregano, or to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend cauliflower florets, yogurt, tofu, olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
